The proposals include the refurbishment of the existing building to provide an upgraded office building with supporting commercial uses on the ground floor.
The principle changes to the building comprise changes to the facade and floorplate, as much of the existing building will be reused including foundations, structural frame, basement, service yard, lift and stair cores.
The proposal forms part of a broader, estate-wide vision that sets out to improve inclusivity, connection and green spaces, as well as improving growth in the area though job and industry opportunities.
