Our Residential Sales business launched its first Canary Wharf building, 10 Park Drive, in 2015. This was followed by One Park Drive in 2017 and 8 Harbord Square in 2021. These three building will provide a total of 912 private homes, with apartments in One and 10 Park Drive already occupied by residents.
Southbank Place, a joint venture between Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar, sits Thames-side opposite the Houses of Parliament and provides 875 homes.
