Canary Wharf Group today announced a further six retail brands due to open at the Jubilee Place Shopping Mall extension in early November 2013.
Michael Kors, Monica Vinader, Schuh, Tiger of Sweden, Godiva and Asics will be amongst the new shops to open, joining a further nine retail brands already announced.
The Jubilee Place extension totals 44,000 sq. ft. of retail space and will result in the addition of twenty-five new stores to Canary Wharf’s existing offer of more than 240 shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Monica Vinader Creative Director at the British jewellery brand of the same name said: “We are thrilled to be opening our second London boutique, at Canary Wharf. The store will showcase our popular, luxury yet attainable mainline collections, and we’re very excited to be able to share this within the new Jubilee Place development.”

With a store on Argyll street and last year’s opening of our New Flagship store on Oxford Street. Combined with the Group’s 115,000 sq. ft. retail development above the new Canary Wharf Crossrail Station represents one of the largest retail expansions currently underway in the UK. The Group’s retail portfolio is currently fully let.
Previously announced to open in the Jubilee Place extension are leading premium fashion brands Banana Republic and COS, independent designer swimwear brand Orlebar Brown, The White Company, cosmetics brands bareMinerals and Rituals, Oliver Bonas, Emmett Shirts and Le Pain Quotidien.

Asics will open a new store in the heart of Canary Wharf, offering customers the ultimate running experience. The new 260m2 store is the sixth ASICS store to open in Europe, next to Amsterdam, London Argyll Street, London Oxford Street, Barcelona and Stockholm. The ASICS Store Canary Wharf will provide professional advice for runners and an extensive collection of footwear and apparel.
The new ASICS store will be fitted with a high-tech Foot ID scanning system, which takes a 3D scan of your feet. The Dynamic Foot ID uses special test shoes, software and cameras to analyze your ‘gait cycle’ as you run on a treadmill.
