Canary Wharf Group (CWG) appoints news Asset Management Director for office and life science portfolio – 09.05.24

CWG has appointed Paul O’Grady as Director, Office Asset Management for its 8 million sq ft office and life science portfolio.

Paul will bring his experience and abilities in strategic management of mixed-use portfolios to support the on-going evolution of the Canary Wharf estate.

Paul will be reporting into Richard Archer, Managing Director of Offices and Life Sciences.

Announcing Paul’s appointment, John Mulqueen, Chief Investment Officer for CWG said: “I am extremely pleased to welcome Paul to the business, his proven skill and expertise will further strengthen our customer focussed team. Paul O’Grady joins CWG from Grosvenor where he was Portfolio Director for its London Estate, responsible for the strategic management of Mayfair and Belgravia. Prior to this, Paul was Director for Belgravia, leading the repositioning of the commercial portfolio and overseeing regeneration across the 200-acre estate.  With over 16 years of experience, Paul is an expert in mixed-use strategic asset management, placemaking and stakeholder management.
