UCL School of Management expands at Canary Wharf committing to 150,000 sq ft – 07.01.26

Canary Wharf Group (‘CWG’) announces that UCL School of Management is continuing its expansion in the iconic One Canada Square committing to circa 150,000 sq ft. The deal follows a strong year in 2025 for Canary Wharf which achieved the best leasing in over a decade with more than 780,000 sq ft let and an active and deep pipeline across all sectors.

UCL School of Management will add two more floors on levels 46 & 47 to offer new undergraduate and postgraduate courses in technology, analytics, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With this expansion UCL now occupies six floors featuring a state-of-the-art lecture theatre, executive education suite event spaces to host conferences and large events alongside built-in video pods for global collaboration.

Davide Ravasi, Director of the UCL School of Management, said: “Our continued expansion at the heart of Canary Wharf demonstrates our draw for students and staff, strengthening our competitive edge in the sector. Our students benefit from the Wharf’s diverse neighbourhood, with direct access to industry connections and collaborations with businesses in the area.

“Growing our presence here reinforces our mission to lead the future of business and society through cutting edge research and education and reinforces Canary Wharf’s position as a destination where education, innovation, ambition and business converge.”

Through our regular networking events and initiatives, including at Level39, we bring people together to support growth, continuous learning and build communities. The new space at One Canada Square enables UCL School of Management to further extend their courses with students benefitting from access to global organisations and events as well as the mix of retail, leisure, hospitality and open spaces here on the Wharf.”

UCL School of Management offers a distinct approach to business education with undergraduate, postgraduate, executive and PhD programmes focusing on innovation, technology, analytics and entrepreneurship, the four key drivers of the future. Positioned in the heart of Canary Wharf and surrounded by global businesses, fast-growth technology companies and financial institutions, students have unique access to a depth of world-leading organisations.
