Three Sky Loft Apartments Sell For GDV £9.5m
The three Sky Loft apartments at Canary Wharf Group’s iconic One Park Drive residential development have sold out at a combined GDV of £9.5 million.
Located on Level 32 of the 58 storey scheme, the Sky Lofts is a unique collection of two three-bedroom apartments (circa 2,000 sq ft) and one two-bedroom apartment (circa 1,400 sq ft), and offer the purchasers ‘a taste of life in the clouds’.
The buyers, all of whom are owner-occupiers, will enjoy wraparound terraces, which provide breathtaking views of the Canary Wharf’s other iconic buildings and many of London’s landmarks. Each apartment has been designed to maximise the unique shape of the building.
Despite market conditions, Canary Wharf Group’s flagship schemes One Park Drive and 10 Park Drive have enjoyed continued success. In September alone, the two schemes collectively recorded £25m GSV agreed, across 14 sales.
