Like our original Manhattan apothecary, all stores share common elements while remaining unique to their neighborhood and local environment. the canary wharf store is in the beating heart of fast-paced city life, surrounded by a dramatic landscape of skyscrapers and design-led structures.
Designed by Jonathan Tuckey design, the new store takes into consideration its surroundings, taking inspiration from the urban landscape of its location.
“We were inspired by the unique relationship between Canary Wharf and the city; a cluster of towers piercing the clouds amongst more grounded surroundings. The store is a serene place of rest within the bustling centre, a calm oasis wrapped in deep luxurious fabric drapes, with slender storage towers disappearing into the darkness above, their height unknowable. The marble ripples out from the existing flooring continuing inside, dissipating as the space settles towards a tranquil consultation space at the rear, where customers can learn from knowledgeable workers whilst trying products over an emerging marble sink.” Jonathan Tuckey Design
