Skaters looking to make an evening of their visit can enjoy some winter warmth pre or post-skate at the 70 restaurants and bars to choose from, including waterside steakhouse date spot Hawksmoor, newly opened plant-based restaurant mallow, and family-friendly dining at Mmy Wood Wharf by Mercato Metropolitano, there are plenty of ways to continue the Valentine’s date or refuel the family after a session on the ice.

Those looking for more activities to keep the kids entertained this February half-term are encouraged to check out the popular Children’s Art Trail, where little ones can discover 12 pieces of art dotted around the Wharf. There are also plenty of amenities for the whole family to get stuck into including a free kids’ colouring workshop taking place from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th February at Crossrail Place, to London’s biggest and best indoor adventure park, Flip Out, and story-based immersive art experience Illusionaries.
