The Penthouse at Belvedere Gardens, Southbank Place, has been honoured at the Evening Standard Awards, securing the Best Luxury Home Award at the star-studded gala.

The Evening Standard New Homes Award recognise the very best new homes across the UK, with 16 categories altogether, encompassing the whole new-build market, from first-time buyer flats and luxurious mansions to eco-homes and large-scale regeneration schemes.

The Best Luxury Home Award was awarded by a panel of expert judges, who carried out a rigorous assessment, including in person site visits. The judges highlighted the apartment’s exceptional design, unique aspects and well-configured living spaces as key reasons behind the penthouse’s success at this year’s event.
