Canary Wharf’s summer screens will be serving up all the action from Wimbledon for free at both Canada Square Park and Cabot Square from Monday 3 July.
Tennis fans can beat the long Wimbledon queues as Canary Wharf’s Summer Screens are the best seat in the house, streaming every game in high-resolution to ensure that nobody misses out on any of the competitive action. Whether a leisurely weekend outing, or taking a lunchtime break away from the office with a match on a weekday, the buzz of Canary Wharf’s Summer Screens can be enjoyed by all.
Visitors can nestle in front of a screen with a picnic blanket and a selection of snacks picked from the nearby Waitrose, M&S or Tesco’s or opt for a refreshing drink from The Grandstand Bar to quench their thirst at match-point. Tennis fans are not short of dining options, with alfresco spot Iberica La Terraza and Electric Shuffle’s Summer Terrace in Cabot Square, in addition to Canada Square Park’s Wahaca, The Ivy and The Parlour overlooking the screens.
Canary Wharf is the perfect spot to enjoy a fun summer’s day out or a post-work outing, from walking the Children’s Art Trail for little ones and exploring the Wharf from the water on a GoBoat, to enjoying open water swimming at Middle Dock or trying out the free to play colourful minigolf course by Craig & Karl.
