Half a Roast Chicken, otherwise known as artist Eve De Haan, and Creative Debuts presents: ‘Don’t cry over spilt milk’. An immersive neon exhibition which transforms a slice of Canary Wharf into a place of pure, unadulterated happiness.
The space, which the artist describes as a ‘Wonder Ground’, is bathed in neon light, pink hues and purple lavender. The title of the exhibition, Don’t cry over split milk, is a reminder not to let things we cannot change get in the way of the happiness we all deserve. Through exploring the different sections of the exhibit, you will be immersed in the artist’s unexpected, but also familiar thoughts, and reminded of the power of positivity.
Leanne Peters, Director of Marketing, Canary Wharf Group, said: “Providing free public art to our community is a passion for us, so we’re incredibly excited for Half a Roast Chicken to bring “Don’t Cry Over Spilt Milk” to Canary Wharf. We’re very proud to be supporting Creative Debuts with their incredible work in supporting emerging artists and we can’t wait for our visitors to experience a moment of happiness and appreciate the power of positivity at Eve de Haan’s exhibition.”
