“We continue to enhance our retail, leisure and hospitality offering, curating a thriving seven-day destination for all those who work, live and visit the Canary Wharf. This offering is supported by a host of amenities including open water swimming, GoKarts, GoBoat, padel, and competitive social concepts like FairGame, THE CUBE and Electric Shuffle. Our commitment to deliver an exceptional environment, includes pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in an urban setting, exemplified by our recent Eden Dock launch creating an urban oasis in the heart of the Wharf.

“The calibre of the deals we have achieved this year coupled with our growing restaurant selection and leisure amenities, further strengthen our position as a leading mixed-use destination and we are energised and excited to head into 2025 as our evolution continues.”

Rob Virdee, Head of European Retail for Green Street commented:

“Canary Wharf is the top-ranked shopping centre in the UK. Green Street ranked approximately 3,200 retail locations across the U.K., evaluating each on a Health Index.  The Health Index is a proprietary quantitative evaluation of asset health and attractiveness, focussed on occupier fundamentals such as vacancy, demographics, competition, anchor store presence, and consumer dwell time.”

Speaking about their new store, set to open in early 2025, Amanda Morgan, Managing Director UK for Diptyque, said:

“We’re excited to open Diptyque in Canary Wharf, a dynamic hub that blends a thriving community of professionals, tourists, and residents. Its prime location and bustling energy make it the perfect setting to introduce our unique fragrances to a diverse audience.”
