Canary Wharf Group’s One Park Drive Wins two awards at the International Property Awards 2021 – 02.11.21

Canary Wharf Group is proud to announce One Park Drive has been awarded two awards at the 2021 International Property Awards, London. The landmark building, designed by world- renowned architects, Herzog & de Meuron, represents not only a globally significant piece of architecture for London, but also the very best of 21st century urban waterside living at Canary Wharf’s new neighbourhood, Wood Wharf. One Park Drive was awarded prizes in the Best Apartment and Best Residential Development categories.

The International Property awards recognise the highest levels of achievement in real estate, development, architecture and interior design in both residential and commercial sectors. With sustainability, high living standards, ergonomics, originality and creativity at the forefront of judges’ decisions. The London judging round celebrates the very best of what the UK has to offer, with 40+ categories split across 4 key sectors: Architecture, Interior Design, Development and Real estate. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence and recognises only the most outstanding properties.  

Across both the Best Apartment and Best Development awards, the panel of expert judges carried out a rigorous assessment taking into consideration the location and contribution of the development to its surroundings, sustainability factors, supporting press activity and aesthetics with an additional emphasis on internal layout and specifications within the Best Apartment category. Architectural innovation and overall quality of the scheme also played a considerable role in the judges’ decision. The award highlighted One Park Drive’s three-bedroom Bay Apartment within Best Apartment category, the typology can be found on the upper floors with double height balconies and exceptional views.
