This February, Canary Wharf Group welcomes Farmer J, known for bringing the best of the fields to the city, opening in Canada Place, Canary Wharf. Their new site will offer an all-day Grab and Go menu, featuring their bold and bright signature fieldtrays from breakfast through to dinner.
Open from 7am, Redemption Roaster speciality coffees will kick things off for early risers and breakfast fieldtrays will include poached eggs, flank steak and roasted vegetables; vegan Shakshuka with grilled aubergine, mushroom, wilted spinach and tahini, or a choice of grab and go options from the counter including seasonal porridge; coconut granola pots and of course their range of avo’ on toasts.
For lunch and dinner, guests can take their pick of Farmer J favourites to create their own fieldtray, with bases including Farmer’s field grains, brown rice or spinach, mains including grilled chermoula chicken, malaysian meatballs and their new, miso tofu cannelloni with sides such as mac n cheese, whole roasted cauliflower, roasted sweet potato or purple garden salad.
Designed by Biasol, the interior will be an urban, modern space, with white washed concrete walls and a curved steel counter. Bringing some colour, an abundance of vine plants that wind down from the shelving units, and a variety of potted succulents.
Founder, Jonathan Recanati, says ‘We are so excited to announce a new home for Farmer J! We’re dedicated to bringing fresh, top quality food to everyone’s desk each lunchtime, and where better to do this than in the hustle and bustle of Canary Wharf.”
Stuart Fyfe, Head of Retail Leasing, Canary Wharf Group, says ‘Broadening our current food offering at Canary Wharf, we are delighted to welcome Farmer J to the Estate. With their honest and mindfully sourced food, they’re sure to be a hit with Canary Wharf customers.’
Farmer J will open in Canada Place this February.
