Canary Wharf Group Launches ‘Canary Wharf in Focus’ Photography Competition – 13.04.22

Canary Wharf Group invites all amateur photographers to enter its new photography competition, Canary Wharf in Focus.

Celebrating everything from the flora and fauna of the Estate to the world-famous architecture and outstanding art pieces, the competition aims to capture new angles and perspectives of Canary Wharf.  The winners will receive up to £1,500 in Canary Wharf Gift Cards and have their work exhibited in the lobby of One Canada Square.

Canary Wharf in Focus offers both adult and junior competitions with the adult competition comprising four categories: ‘Art & Architecture’, ‘Transport & Travel’, ‘Up Close & Personal with Nature’ & ‘Wildlife & Nature’.  There are also two junior categories split by age group: one for under 12 years and one for 12 – 17 years. 

Throughout the summer Canary Wharf Group will also be running free workshops specialising in beginners, children’s, wildlife, street and smartphone photography to get those creative lenses snapping.  Dates and more information to follow.

To enter, applicants must submit their images by 5pm Friday 16 September via the Canary Wharf website.
