Canary Wharf Group appoints new Director of Planning to support the diversification of the Canary Wharf estate – 13.06.23

Canary Wharf Group (CWG) has appointed Liz Mason as its new Director of Planning

Liz will bring her commercially focused strategic planning expertise to support the evolution of the Canary Wharf estate, leading CWG’s planning activity to help bring to fruition a vision based on diversification, which optimises the Estate’s social, environmental, and economic value.

Announcing Liz’s appointment, Tom Venner, Managing Director of Development, Canary Wharf Group, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Liz to the team. Liz Mason joins Canary Wharf Group from CBRE where she was an Executive Director leading the Central London Planning business.  With over 25 years of experience, Liz is a leading expert in delivering strategic planning advice and has spent many years devising and supporting implementation of high-level strategies on complex, multi-phase regeneration and development sites in London.
