atis, the healthy salad bar taking London by storm, opens its fourth site in Canary Wharf – 21.11.22

Monday 21 November saw the much-awaited opening of the fourth London instalment of the vibrant, healthy and flavour-packed salad and bowl bar atis, as they announce the opening of their fourth site in London, Canary Wharf.

Since opening their flagship store in October 2019, atis has seen huge success on their mission to encourage people to eat more nourishing, plant-forward food and is thrilled to be bringing their menu offering to the Canary Wharf area, with their renowned build your own bowl offering as well as their new Autumn menu offering for guests to enjoy. Customers will be able to choose from a selection of delectable fresh ingredients to create their own salad and warm bowls, encouraging guests to get creative whatever their mood. The fundamental foundation focuses on being healthy, upbeat and making customers feel good with every bowl.

Packed full of flavour and seasonal offerings, menu highlights are set to include the ‘Autumn Kickstarter’ featuring, shredded kale and cabbage, baby spinach, scorched brussels sprouts, red raw slaw, Poilâne sourdough breadcrumbs, salted caramelised walnut. If that wasn’t enough, atis has partnered with Willy’s apple cider vinegar, a Herefordshire based brand, founded by William Chase to create the ‘mother of all dressings’. The dressing, which comes with added health benefits, is featured in the seasonal bowl ‘The Autumn Kickstarter’ and sides including ‘G’s Breadcrumb Garlic Chicken’ and ‘Sweet Spuds N’Sprouts’.

atis favourites such as the ‘Azteca’, ‘Keep It Lean’ and phenomenally addictive Blackened Chicken can also be ordered, and the site will also have a collection of craveable sides for an extra something. A wide selection of drinks will also be on offer at the new site, including CPRESS, Punchy, Something & Nothing, Dash, Freestar AF, Trip and FIX8. In line with the opening, CPRESS will also be offering 50% off for the first ten days on all products sold within atis.

East-London based Interior designers,, have consulted on the interior of the space. The new site is set to be their first kiosk only store allowing for those in the Canary Wharf area to order their food efficiently and quickly. Set within Canada Place Mall, the new site has been compactly engineered with high quality finishes. The iconic atis yellow colour will appear in custom ceramic tiles from Studio GBD. A steel lined portal will reveal the “Atis Prep Cube” allowing customers to see their orders being processed and made fresh to order. Beyond the service line, ingredients are made the hero focus displayed in specially illuminated greens fridges.

From 21 November atis will be available for grab-and-go and also available via Deliveroo for those who want to enjoy atis in the comfort of their own home.
