Make took the concept of 10 Park Drive’s architecture, by Stanton Williams – a solid block with carved out spaces using fine metal detailing – and echoed it throughout the interiors of the show apartments. From the macro to micro details, Make chose base materials that mirror the impressive exterior and enhanced them using textures such as timber, marble, porcelain and champagne-coloured metal work.

Residents at 10 Park Drive benefit from access to a sky terrace situated on the 13th floor, as well as a private Residents Club, which features intimate seating areas and a library. Residents will be able to hire the sky terrace and Residents Club for special private events.
