Adding to the vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood, phase three brings Wood Wharf apartments and retail alongside welcoming green spaces and water frontage locations, Phase Three will complete our residential offering at the Wood Wharf development.
New Wood Wharf apartments can be found at 40, 50, 70 and 80 Charter Street located between Charter Street and South Dock, providing views over the working dock and north towards Canary Wharf. 7 and 11 Brannan Street are located on the north side of Wood Wharf with views over the tranquil Blackwall Basin and its river boat moorings.
40 Charter Street, designed by KPF, will be a 53-storey Vertus operated build-to-rent tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox set over a retail podium.
50 Charter Street, designed by GRID Architects who also designed 10 George Street, are twin 34 and 49-storey Vertus operated build-to-rent towers linked by a podium which provides access between Charter Street and the dock.
Completing Phase Three South is 70 and 80 Charter Street designed by Darling Associates. This is a 29-storey tower with 8-storey low-rise affordable rent building overlooking the working dock, complete with its historic cranes, where boats enter the South Dock from the Thames.
11 Brannan Street, also designed by Darling Associates, is an 8-storey affordable rent building wrapping around a children’s playground.
We are currently exploring the use mix for the 50-storey plus 7 Brannan Street building in the Wood Wharf development.
3 and 15 West Lane, 13-storey serviced apartment buildings designed by HTA Design LLP, reached a key milestone in March with the structure completed, topping out the buildings.
