The Estate Management team’s many roles on the Estate include, but are not limited to, security, traffic management, health and safety, business continuity, facilities management, public spaces and landscaping; ensuring our world-class centre for commerce, retail and leisure is managed to a suitably high standard.
These versatile spaces are open to everyone and are used every day. With more than 16.5 acres of green and blue spaces, locations such as Eden Dock, Jubilee Park and Crossrail Place Roof Garden offer a range of activities for classes, performances, open water swimming, informal gatherings, or pure relaxation.
Canary Wharf’s new neighbourhood, Wood Wharf, will provide up to 3,600 new homes, 2 million sq ft of office space, 350,000 sq ft of retail space and over nine acres of public spaces, squares and parks. There is also a GP surgery and a school.
Our Residential Sales business launched its first building, 10 Park Drive, in 2015. This was followed by the introduction of One Park Drive in 2017 and 8 Harbord Square in 2021. These three buildings provide a total of 912 private homes, with many residents already enjoying living on the Wharf and enjoying everything it offers.
Canary Wharf Group’s residential rental arm Vertus operates and manages built-to-rent developments: 10 George Street, 8 Water Street and Newfoundland, comprising 1,137 apartments.
Located in Wood Wharf, 30 Harbord Square, 50 Harbord Square and 65 Harbord Square collectively bring over 300 apartments at either Tower Hamlets Standard Rents or at rents of 80 per cent of local market rents.
