Your November To-Do List

We are upgrading our management software to help make improvements & efficiencies to how we work.

As part of this CWG have launched a brand-new app for our Residents called 30 Harbord Square. 30 Harbord Square will be your new hub for everything related to your apartment & tenancy. This app will allow you to effectively manage your tenancy documents, rent payments, maintenance requests and more.

So what do you need to do?

You should have received an invitation to download 30 Harbord Square from the App Store or Google Play along with some instructions on setting up your new direct debit for rent payments.

Please be aware of the following important points:

  • Your new direct debit should be set up, before you cancel your old one
  • Your new direct debit should be set up no later than Monday 20 November 2023.
  • You should set up a direct debit regardless of if your rent payments are monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly or yearly.
  • Failure to set up the direct debit may result in your account falling into arrears and incurring interest if it remains unpaid for more than 14 days
  • It is your responsibility to check and ensure that your new direct debit is successful. If for any reason your payment is not successful, please email your building manager and arrange a manual payment while we look into the issue for you.

If you have any queries at all please contact your Building Manager who will be happy to help. We thank you in advance for your co-operation in this transition and whilst we are doing everything we can do ensure it is a smooth one, we may possible come up against some issues which we will endeavour to resolve promptly but we ask for your patience and understanding during this period.

Please also note, during this transition from Thursday 2 November we will have a system shut down while we migrate everything to our new system. During this period there will be no access to all apps until Monday 6 November. The teams will have manual processes in place to ensure limited disruption to you for this period.

Our new app allows you to renew your tenancy and manage your bills from the the palm of your hand.

App features include:

  • Ability to see a live statement of your rent account and any upcoming payments
  • Ability to make rent payments via the app
  • Access to important documentation
  • Access to general documents like Home User Guides, FAQs and more
  • Raise maintenance requests
  • Receive important building announcements
  • Easily process your renewals
