They form part of a thriving multidisciplinary ecosystem catering to a range of businesses from start-ups and scale-ups to mature corporations. We have over 100,000 sq ft of occupied lab and office space with another 60,000 sq ft launching this year and our ambition is to build a globally recognised life science and healthcare ecosystem.

Central to this ambition is One North Quay. 23 storeys of state-of-the-art laboratory, manufacturing, and office space, it will set a new standard for life sciences. This vertical campus is the first phase of development on the North Quay site, situated directly north to Canary Wharf’s Crossrail Place. Purpose-built facilities will complement lab-enabled premises across the wider neighbourhood, offering flexibility and scalability located within in an amenity rich environment.
