Vertus launches exclusive collection of 10 penthouse apartments on the top floor of the UK’s tallest BTR building

Vertus, Canary Wharf Group’s residential leasing arm, has revealed the highest collection of build-to-rent apartments in the UK. Located on the 58th floor of Newfoundland, the iconic building designed by Horden Cherry Lee reaching up 220m, the newly launched penthouse-style homes offer remarkable views of London’s skyline.

With just 10 available, residents will be able to enjoy mesmerising views through floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by carefully curated interiors by interior designers David Phillips, as well as having access to exclusive in-building amenities that could rival those of a five-star hotel.

The exclusive collection is comprised of one and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 703 sq. ft to 850sq. ft in size as well as three-bedroom penthouses, offering 1,788 sq. ft of sublimely arranged living space. Each apartment has been decorated using a mixture of high-quality materials, including wood, and saturated colours, helping to balance the abundance of natural light each apartment receives. The three-bedroom penthouses are equipped with wine fridges and coffee machines for residents’ convenience and enjoyment.

Level 58 residents will benefit from Vertus Plus’ extensive programme of social events organised by a dedicated in-house team. The building is home to an elegantly designed lounge and a games room, a west-facing terrace, BBQ, an outdoor children’s play area and a ‘kidult’ zone – a multifaceted work-play space, ideal for families.
