It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Canary Wharf, with a series of events that it’d be Rude-olph to miss out on this December.
Make a list of activities, check it twice and take advantage of the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s performance of The Snowman and Everyman Cinema screenings of festive family favourites.
You also better watch out for Canary Wharf’s Ice Rink, which is giving visitors the chance to get their skates on and create their own Manhattan-esque moments beneath one of the Capital’s most iconic skylines.
All of this combined with over 300 shops, bars and restaurants makes Canary Wharf a must-visit destination for families this winter.
Take to the ice
Now open in Canada Square Park, Ice Rink Canary Wharf will light up the Estate for 15 weeks, giving visitors the chance to skate beneath a canopy of flickering, fairy-lit trees. Open to all the family, the ice rink is the perfect opportunity for everyone to show off their moves (or cautiously inch their way around the edge!).
New for the ice rink this year is a supersize digital screen, displaying magical seasonal backdrops and providing the perfect Christmas setting for skaters to enjoy whilst honing their skills or taking a break at The Grandstand Bar.
Until Saturday 15 February 2019, Canada Square Park, Canary Wharf
