Canary Wharf Group Investment Holdings plc (“CWGIH” or the “Company”), the largest London-based REIT focusing on the sustainable development, management and ownership of an iconic collection of prime office and retail space and build-to-rent apartments in Canary Wharf, has entered into a Sustainability-linked super senior revolving credit facility agreement dated 16 September 2022 pursuant to which it has obtained revolving credit facilities aggregating to £100,000,000 (the “New RCF”), which are currently undrawn as of today.
The board of directors of CWGIH considers that the New RCF will further strengthen the Company’s liquidity position.
