Newfoundland, a prestigious new addition to the Capital’s skyline and a landmark building for Vertus, Canary Wharf Group’s (CWG) residential rental arm, has opened a new ‘kidult’ area. The multi-faceted work-play space has been designed for adults and children and is the first of its kind for Vertus and Canary Wharf.
The play space area of Newfoundland is situated within levels one and two of Newfoundland, the architectural and engineering masterpiece, and the tallest Build-to-Rent (BtR) scheme in the UK.
