KALEIDO Salad Rolls into Canary Wharf: Salads You Eat Like a Sandwich! – 20.08.21

This summer, Kaleido opened its third location in Canary Wharf, east London, revolutionising the way visitors and office workers eat salads.

Looking at food through another lens, Kaleido celebrates taste and goodness, combing the best of three: healthy like a salad, playful like a sushi, convenient like a sandwich!

Kaleido makes Salad rolls; they wrap fresh and delicious ingredients into a thin and transparent rice, a very popular way to eat fresh and healthy in Vietnam.

The colourful salad rolls are just like a kaleidoscope – a clever childhood toy filled with colours, beautiful shapes and endless combinations. Recipes are cooked from scratch in-house using only fresh and natural ingredients and full of flavours from around the world.

Founded by husband and wife duo – Laura & Denis – the French couple was on a mission to change the way people eat healthy. Laura CEO of Kaleido says: “One evening, I was at home, preparing traditional Vietnamese rice paper rolls for our dinner. As I was filling them with vegetables, I realised that it was effectively a salad you can eat like a sandwich. The idea is incredibly simple but there wasn’t anything like it that existed.”

Laura has always struggled to eat healthy and believes eating well is about being a bit clever: remove the unnecessary & add lots of good stuff! Kaleido designs smart products that are surprisingly simple, tasty and good for you.

Kaleido salad rolls are freshly prepared every morning in their Rainbow Factory in Bermondsey. Kaleido Canary Wharf is located in Canada Place and open Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4pm and 12noon-4pm on Saturdays.
