On Saturday 23 October, Ice Rink Canary Wharf will open its doors to the public for 19 magical weeks, the longest season in its illustrious history. This year promises to be the most exciting year yet and there’s no chance of rain cancelling play. Ice Rink Canary Wharf 2021 will feature a magnificent roof, lit up by the glow of over 1,000 sparkling fairy lights, so come rain or shine, the British weather won’t stop this year’s fun winter day out.
Located in Canada Square Park, find your feet or practice your pirouettes as you make memories in full view of one of London’s most iconic landmarks: One Canada Square.
Prefer spectating? Head to The OffPiste Bar, whose rink-side location boasts the best views of those skating on the rink. With a variety of drinks on offer to cater to all tastes, as well as heaters for those chilly winter evenings, this is the perfect place to warm up or cool down after your session on the ice. Available for private hire, Ice Rink Canary Wharf is the perfect place for children’s parties, team building days and office Christmas parties.
Located in the heart of Canary Wharf, the ice rink is surrounded by over 300 restaurants, bars and stores across five shopping malls – a one-stop-shop for an unmissable winter day out.
Returning with an array of activities for all to enjoy, Ice Rink Canary Wharf will once again be running its coveted schools’ program on weekday mornings, offering children from local schools the chance to try out ice skating free of charge. Head teachers can apply for a place on the school’s programmes by emailing schools@icerinkcanarywharf.co.uk.
Ice Rink Canary Wharf will be open every day between 23 October 2021 and 26 February 2022, except for Christmas day. The minimum age to skate is 4 and skate aids will be available from our Customer Service Office onsite.
Ticket prices for a fifty-minute session are as follows:
- Adult/Teen (13 years and over): £17.95
- Children (4-12 years): £11.95
- Family (2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children): £49.50
- Skate aids: £5.00
