The landmark building, designed by internationally renowned architects, Stanton Williams and with interiors by Make Architects, was the first residential building to launch Canary Wharf’s new district, Wood Wharf.
The What House Awards recognise the very best new homes across the UK, attracting some of the biggest names in housebuilding and in each category, winners received a Gold, Silver or Bronze award.
For the Best Apartment Scheme award, the panel of judges carried out a rigorous assessment taking into consideration the internal layout, architectural innovation, price range and overall quality of the scheme. The judges highlighted the apartments’ exceptional natural light and sleek design looking out onto the picturesque boardwalks and waterfronts below, as well as the exceptional amenities on offer, including the Sky Terrace, resident’s club and exclusive use of a state-of-the-art Third Space fitness centre.
