Boutique fitness studio launches series of its signature classes, keeping Londoners active whilst gyms remain closed
AWAKN, the boutique fitness studio based in Canary Wharf, will be providing a series of free workouts this July, together with Canary Wharf Group. In a bid to continue to encourage Londoners to keep fit during this period, the classes should HIIT the spot while the gyms remain closed.
Attendees can expect heart-pumping resistance-based workouts suitable for all abilities set against the vibrant backdrops of Crossrail Place Roof Garden and Jubilee Park. The use of open space will inject a sense of energy and enthusiasm into daily routines, inspiring fitness fanatics to continue to adapt to the new way of working out.
Spaces are limited to align with government social distancing measures, therefore there will be a maximum of five participants per class. Spaces can be reserved via the AWAKN website.
Exercise mats will be provided by the AWKAN studio for the sessions, with each thoroughly cleaned after each class.
For those not able to make the classes, the AWAKN team will be hosting a live workout on the Canary Wharf Instagram channel at 6pm on Wednesday 8July. The session will then live as an IGTV on the Canary Wharf Instagram, making it viewable at any time.
