Job Summary:

To manage all CAFM systems, ensuring that systems are kept updated and support the efficient deployment of resources, capturing data necessary for asset management and budget purposes. To be the subject matter expert, advising on the development of suitable systems, providing training for staff from technical and non-technical backgrounds, liaison with IT.

Main Responsibilities

  • System Administration of the corporate CAFM system (Concept Evolution).
  • System Administration of the corporate Mobile CAFM Solution (Mobiess).
  • System Administration of the corporate Time Management System (Mitrefinch TMS).
  • Administration tasks within the CAFM system, new contracts, buildings, users, resources, report generation etc.
  • Updating of asset data within the CAFM system, including the collation and import of new building asset registers when required.
  • Ensure that the CAFM systems are up to date.
  • Liaising with IT department to resolve issues in relation to CAFM system when required.
  • Provide system training to end users.
  • To liaise with the end users, internal technical staff and external vendors.
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Creation and administration of new and existing workflows within the CAFM system.                 

What We Require of You

  • Proven experience in an FM Administration role is essential, preferably in a property management environment.
  • A thorough understanding and knowledge of the Concept Evolution application is essential.
  • Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the creation of custom reports (Crystal Reports).
  • Experience in the design and creation of workflows.
  • Experience gained predominantly in FM services and helpdesk management is essential.
  • Good analytical/strategic thinker and team player with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel is essential.
  • Experience in a role providing quality customer experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the implementation and migration of FM systems is desirable.
