Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director – Offices, the role of Associate (Offices) is an important position within a growing team, specialising in leasing and asset management of existing assets and development pipeline.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of leasing and marketing campaigns to secure tenants for the existing portfolio and pre-lets for the development pipeline.
  • Liaising with home team leasing agents including regular agent meetings in order to deliver leasing success.
  • Liaising with marketing consultants to ensure the efficient delivery of marketing collateral of a consistently high standard.
  • Assisting the office leasing team with internal reporting requirements on a regular basis.
  • Prepare responses to RFPs and negotiate Heads of Terms whilst liaising with other departments to provide technical and legal input, as required.
  • Ability to use experience and initiative to identify potential future tenants, and asset management opportunities with existing tenants.
  • Undertaking market research to support the team’s leasing strategy.
  • Interface effectively with other CWG departments to provide creative solutions / support to existing tenants

What We Require of You

  • A successful, proven track record of working within the Central London office market background in leasing; tenant representation; landlord advisory or from “Client (Landlord) side”.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills essential.
  • A team player whilst able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • To be commercially aware, with good business acumen.
  • Willing to learn new skills / work within an agile environment.
  • RICS qualification would be an advantage.
