Park Place will be a new office development located on West India Avenue, between Westferry Circus and Cabot Square. The building will require a prelet in order for construction to commence.
The elegant design will have views out over the water to the south of the building and views to the City of London. The building will provide a variety of flexible floor plates, layouts and sustainable environmental credentials appropriate for the next generation of Canary Wharf buildings.
