Graduate Role in Customer Experience – Insight Analyst

CWML’s many roles on the estate include, but are not limited to, security, health and safety, business continuity, facilities management, public spaces and landscaping, arts and events and running the East Wintergarden venue.

We are searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic graduate to work within our Customer Experience team, with the ability to innovate and contribute to our strong team ethic.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with the Customer Experience and Strategy Manager you will help to deliver the Customer Experience Strategy. You will provide customer insight and analysis, make recommendations to improve service delivery and engage with customers responding to queries and complaints.
  2. You will also be responsible for managing high volumes of varied customer data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity As well as understanding how to bring data sources together to provide meaning.

Environmental Responsibilities
All Staff are required to follow the Canary Wharf Group plc (CWG) Environmental Policies for minimisation of waste and effective energy management as defined in the CWG Environmental Manual and associated documents.

Quality Management Responsibilities
All staff are required to comply with CWG Quality Management System requirements detailed within the Company Quality Manual & Policies, and to ensure that all Procedure; Plans and Forms within InfoBase are effectively implemented to meet the set ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard.

Person Specification
  1. We will consider any recent degree (graduated within the last 2 years) providing the applicant has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and strong desire to succeed in this industry.
