Canary Wharf Group launches sales for apartments at 10 Park Drive, its first ever residential development

Canary Wharf Group today officially announces the sales launch of its first apartments at prestigious new address 10 Park Drive, the Group’s first ever residential development on the Estate.

This exquisite building designed by award winning architects, Stanton Williams, will define sophisticated, stylish living in one of London’s most sought after locations. The new homes at 10 Park Drive will be available first to UK-based buyers when the 345 apartments go on sale on Thursday 9th July, with prices expected to start from £395,000.

The brand new residential address, 10 Park Drive, comprises a mid-rise 13 storey element which adjoins a 42 storey tower that embraces the uninterrupted views towards the south, east, and west including the O2, Canary Wharf’s public parks and the river.

The development, which will include 74 studios, 115 one-bedroom apartments, 141 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments, is anticipated to complete in 2019.

Stirling Prize winning architectural practice, Stanton Williams, has designed the buildings to maximise the light and beautiful views at every juncture, all the apartments come with a balcony or terrace. To help residents unwind, they will have access to a secluded ‘oasis in the city’ – a beautiful private sky terrace, which will provide an uninterrupted southern exposure throughout the year.

Award winning interiors firm, Make Architects, has ensured the lobby and apartments are unique in appearance, yet exquisite in design and quality. A calm, uplifting colour scheme will be married with flexible design allowing residents to open up their spaces or live in separate, private areas by incorporating sliding doors and functional partitions. The open plan kitchens and high-quality integrated bathrooms offer elegant and smart solutions to practical problems such as fitting demisters behind the mirrors so the shower doesn’t steam up the room.

Residents in Canary Wharf will also become members of a stunning new health and fitness club, which will include a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym and exercise area, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a studio for regular pilates, stretch, yoga and related fitness classes.
