Our continued successful servicing of the prestigious tenants and buildings of the Canary Wharf Estate demonstrates the extent and the excellence of CWFM’s experience and expertise.
Having worked in close collaboration with the Estate’s developers and contractors we are able to take advantage of an inside understanding of the plant, equipment and systems used for these state-of–the-art buildings. Added to which, the customer-focused approach of our dedicated team of property professionals enables us to gain a thorough awareness and appreciation of the operational requirements, priorities and preferences of each and every one of our clients’ businesses. By fostering partnership and placing great emphasis on understanding company cultures and processes, CWFM aims to add tangible value to our clients’ operational efficiency.
We tailor Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels to individual company requirements, and implement regular performance reviews to ensure that CWFM continues to meet every expectation and adapt to changing business needs.
TOTAL SERVICE SOLUTION THAT DELIVERS CUSTOMER SAVINGS AND SATISFACTION THROUGH INNOVATION
By utilising economies of scale, shared management and administration costs, and by leveraging the understanding developed with our suppliers – often forged during the construction programme – CWFM is competitively positioned to deliver outstanding value, in terms of both service and cost. One notable example of this collaborative and cost-efficient approach is CWFM’s founder membership of the Canary Wharf energy purchasing consortium. Another illustration of our emphasis on cost reduction and reliability improvement is CWFM’s targeted use of ‘condition-based’ monitoring and maintenance regimes.
An integral element in delivering efficient Estate’s maintenance, and in maintaining the pristine condition of its buildings, is our computerised maintenance management system. Used by our Helpdesk team to schedule all planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, this system ensures that labour and equipment resources are deployed with maximum efficiency in meeting agreed performance levels with minimum disruption. It also provides integrated functionality for asset management and space planning, and includes modules for meeting room, catering and visitor booking. We actively promote operational innovation and the continual improvement of our service delivery.

Our team provides and manages the entire process – from design and planning, through to local authority and landlord approvals, and on to construction, commissioning and handover. In liaison with our sister company, Canary Wharf Contractors Limited, we can accommodate fit-outs of any size.

Many businesses claim that their people are their single greatest asset. At CWFM, our impressive staff retention rate makes this claim self-evident. The fact that many of our technical personnel worked closely alongside the contractors at Canary Wharf provides CWFM with an in-depth appreciation of the intricacies of each building’s plant, equipment and systems.
